The Role
The Accounting & Administrative Assistant plays an instrumental role in supporting the overall accounting and operations of the Singapore office. This role requires your presence to the office for 3-4 days per week and you must be located in Singapore and able to drive to the office.
The Job
• Make entries of accounts payable invoices
• Create payments of accounts payable
• Support in administrative tasks like keep medical records updated, site specific trainings, keep training records updated etc
• Provide office admin support such as arranging for courier, managing office supplies etc
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
We are looking for
• Diploma / short experience in accounting is preferred
• Prior experience of min 1 year in an administration role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong command of English language
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive attitude
