Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Accomplishes all accounting responsibilities as required
• Communicate effectively with project managers and vendors
• Protect the Company by keeping information confidential.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing emails for your Accounts Payable email
• Efficiently process invoices in a timely matter and file away once completed
• Research and promptly respond to vendor payment inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure all invoices are entered
• Reconcile employee credit card purchases
• Create and issue Purchase Orders for vendors
• Create and edit new vendor accounts/complete credit applications
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve any discrepancies
• Assist finance team with supporting documents during audits
Qualifications & Education
Experience:
• 1+ years accounts payables and general accounting experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
• Strong Excel and Word skills
