Warehouse Worker
Job Description:
HMT has been serving business customers for Turnkey projects for Oil Storage Tanks in the Oil and Petrochemical Industry for over 40 years. You will work in a cozy team of 8 people of which 4 people make up the warehouse team. The stock of materials is stored in one of our locations in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands on more than 4000 m2 both indoor and outdoor storage. You will perform various tasks such as loading, unloading, order picking, forklift driving, checking of incoming materials based on drawings, deliveries and administrative tasks. You work on different tasks each day, so no boring office job! After your induction, you can really say you are all-round.
Requirements:
- A no-nonsense mentality.
- When you see work lying around, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- A flexible, honest, active, open attitude with safety first.
- You are social, communicative and results-oriented.
- Experience with forklifts is a plus.
- You have a Safety Certificate for Contractors (VSA Basis certificaat) or you are willing to obtain it.

Where will you be working?
You will be working at HMT, which provides turnkey projects for Oil Storage Tanks in the Oil and Petrochemical Industry all over the world. The organization HMT has a total of around 1000 employees divided over the various branches. The Dutch branch employs about 40 colleagues in the office and field. The department Holland Distribution Center (HDC) consists of 8 people of which you will be a part of. This department works closely with all colleagues through online and physical sales teams.
